Digital Delivery and Shipping PolicyEffective 4 August 2026Breakdoc sells digitally delivered analysis credits and does not ship physical goods.
1. No physical shippingNo physical product is packed, couriered, or shipped. Shipping charges, tracking numbers, and physical delivery addresses do not apply to Breakdoc credits or document explanations.
2. Digital deliveryPurchased credits are normally added to the authenticated Breakdoc account immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment and the backend verifies it. Document explanations are made available in the app after upload and processing complete.
3. DelaysPayment-provider, bank, network, maintenance, document-processing, or security checks may delay delivery. If a captured payment is not reflected in your credit balance, email support@breakdoc.com with the payment and order IDs.
4. Service locationThe digital service is accessed through the Breakdoc website or supported mobile application using your account. Availability may depend on internet access, compatible devices, and regional legal restrictions.
