Payment PolicyEffective 4 August 2026This policy explains how Breakdoc prices, accepts, verifies, and records payments for prepaid analysis credits.

1. Currency and pricingAll prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The current standard price is ₹5 per analysis credit with a minimum purchase of four credits (₹20), unless a different price or promotion is clearly displayed before checkout. The checkout amount shown before confirmation is the amount payable.

2. Payment processingPayments are processed securely by Razorpay using supported cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods it makes available. Breakdoc receives payment references and status but does not store full card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

3. Confirmation and creditsA purchase is complete only after Razorpay confirms the payment and Breakdoc verifies its signature, amount, currency, order, and captured status. Credits are then added to the authenticated account and the order appears in order history.

4. Failed, pending, and duplicate chargesA checkout success screen alone does not override bank or Razorpay status. Pending payments may take time to settle. If you see a debit without credits, or a duplicate charge, contact support@breakdoc.com with the payment and order IDs. Do not share confidential payment credentials.

5. Taxes, receipts, and disputesApplicable taxes, if any, will be shown or included as required by law. Razorpay may send a payment confirmation. For service, invoice, cancellation, or refund questions contact Breakdoc first. Refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
